Acquisio’s free keyword converter for Paid Search
There is a secret tool I found a long time ago when I used to work at other agencies and as far back as 2017. Acquisio offers a free tool that allows you to take keywords that are a broad match and actually transfer them into broad match modified, which is simple yet powerful. Broad match modifier is a far better use of a keyword match type that broad because the terms are required to be in the search query. If you are a company looking for volume, lower costs and relativity then using the free tool here will help you with your keywords creation journey.
AdParlor’s Facebook mockup generator for Social Ads
Another secret tool I found a long time ago helps with showing clients what their Facebook ads would look like during a pitch or going through the approval process. This tool by AdParlor makes life a lot easier because you do not have to go through the rigors of creating an entire campaign on Facebook. The one downside is that they have not updated the format to exactly match Facebook’s current ad format. You can customize pieces like shares, likes, comments and so own to give a better showing of potential on your Facebook ads.
Raven for SEO and Reporting
Ah, that’s so Raven, classic show, better tool. Raven is equipped with some of the best tools to show clients their lack of effort in the SEO world or overall reporting on a monthly basis. The best part about Raven is that it integrates with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and even Bing Ads. It is an easier but pricier version of Google’s data studio with a lot of better aesthetics. The tool allows for competitor keyword tracking, personal keyword tracking, the difference in month over month keyword or organic growth along with many other variables.
Calendly for Scheduling
Calendly is one of the smartest scheduling tools I have found. It has integrations to any calendar you can think of, and you can customize views, change the length of the call, add your link anywhere and give a potential customer an assortment of options when scheduling a call with you. You can also control how long after your calls before someone can schedule another. Calendly also allows for a user to create a customized link, which I like because you want it to include your name or brand. Overall, Calendly is an excellent meeting scheduler that makes it easy to find time for calls, no matter how busy your schedule is.
Google Analytics for Tracking
Google Analytics is a no brainer for anyone not already using it. The benefits of Google Analytics are vast and provide insights that other tools simply cannot match. Google Analytics integrates with Google Search Console to give you a complete picture of how your website is performing. You can see not just traffic data but also conversion data so you can see which keywords are driving the most revenue. With Google Analytics, you can also see what type of devices people are using to visit your site and where they are located. This information is essential for understanding who your customers are and how to reach them. If you are not already using Google Analytics, stop what you're doing and add it to your website now.
Google Search Console for Tracking
Google Search Console is a free service offered by Google that helps you monitor and maintain your site's presence in Google Search results. You can use Search Console to submit and check your sitemaps, find out which keywords users are searching for to reach your site, and see how often your pages are appearing in Google search results. Additionally, Search Console can help you identify and fix indexing issues so that Google's spiders can crawl and index your site more effectively. By using all of these tools together, you can ensure that your site is optimized for Google Search and that users are able to find the information they're looking for when they search for it.
Google Tag Manager for Implementation and Tracking
Google Tag Manager is a relatively new tool built by Google, and it is also free. GTM has a ton of advantages, including built-in integrations with over 100 different tools. These tools include Google Analytics, Bing, and Twitter tracking tags. If you are a law firm, gym, or even an e-commerce business, Google Tag Manager is highly recommended and can be easily installed through different methods depending on what your website is built on. The beauty of the Google Tag Manager tool is that you can manage all of your website's conversion tracking tags in one place instead of having to edit your website's code each time you want to make a change. This can save you a lot of time and money in the long run. Not to mention, it will also make your website more organized and streamlined. If you aren't using Google Tag Manager yet, you should definitely consider doing so!
Meta (formerly Facebook) Pixel for Implementation and Tracking
Meta’s pixel is a powerful tool that can help you to better understand your audience, how they interact with your content, and what kinds of ads are most effective. By integrating the pixel with your website, you can track key metrics such as page views, add-to-cart conversions, and purchases. This data can be invaluable in helping you to optimize your facebook marketing strategy. In addition, the pixel is required for any facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. By understanding how the pixel works and how to properly integrate it with your website, you can unlock the full potential of facebook marketing.
Canva for Design
Canva is a simple yet elegant design platform for logos, ads, case studies and more. Canva designs do not always translate in terms of quality and can be hard to add to certain websites and shopify websites. I think the best part about Canva is the overall cost, as it typically is cheaper than most of the alternatives and gives you more free-range. Some of the designs are animated, some are costly but overall we use the tool to design most of our client’s ads if needed. In addition to canva, we use other graphic design tools like photoshop and illustrator to help with growing client brands and advertising overall.
If you have any questions about canva or any of the other tools we use, let us know. Thanks!
