Your Ads Should Fund Your Life, Not Your Agency's.

We run Meta, Google, and Amazon for DTC brands that are done guessing.

You didn't start your brand to become a media buyer. You started it because you believed in something: a product, an idea, maybe a life where your work is actually yours. Then the ads got complicated, the agencies got expensive, and somewhere along the way you ended up refreshing a dashboard at 11pm wondering where the money went.

That's the person we built Blade for.

In 2025 alone, we drove more than $100 million in paid marketing revenue for our clients. We cap our roster at 30 brands on purpose, which means the average brand on our roster does $2.8 million a year with us, and most of them walked in doing a quarter of that. They didn't grow because we found a magic audience. They grew because a senior team treated their money like it was their own.

What You're Actually Buying When You Hire Blade

Paid marketing is simple to describe and brutal to do well: put your product in front of the right person on Google, Meta, TikTok, or Amazon at the exact moment they're ready, at a price that leaves you profit. Every platform wants your budget. Very few people can make it come back bigger.

Here's the truth most agencies won't say out loud: ads don't fix a business, they amplify one. That's why we start with your numbers, not your targeting. What's your real new-customer cost? What can your margin actually afford? What happens after the click? Once we know that, spending money gets a lot less scary, for both of us.

Checklist:

  • We do the homework — audience, competitor, and keyword research before a dollar moves

  • We build and run the strategy — across Meta, Google, Amazon, and wherever your customers actually are

  • We ship creative constantly — 10 to 20 new ads a month, because creative volume wins in 2026

  • We report honestly — new-customer revenue and blended returns, not inflated platform ROAS

  • We meet weekly and live in your Slack — you'll never wonder what we're doing with your money

  • We cost a fraction of bloated agencies — brands that switch to Blade save an average of $7,132 a month

From $5K/month startups to $500K/month DTC giants, the playbook flexes but the care doesn't. Your account gets a senior operator who knows your kids' names and your break-even CAC. Both matter.

Let's Ditch The Stereotypical Agency

YOur PAID MARKETING Specialists

It's finally time to work with a partner that cares about you, your brand and your profit. Our relationship is suppose to be mutual, not us destroying your revenue and profit lines.

The Numbers Don't Need Adjectives

That screenshot is a real client account. 43x. 32x. 10x. We could dress it up with marketing language, but the whole point of working with us is that we don't have to.

Behind every one of those rows is a founder who was once exactly where you are: decent product, real potential, ads that felt like a slot machine. HatSaver came to us at $3,000 a month and Barry had been grinding for 20 years. He's at $45,000 a month now, 406% year-over-year growth, and the part he talks about most isn't the number. It's that he finally got to stop worrying about it.

That's what we're actually selling. Not ROAS. Sleep.

Well, what are some statistics around paid marketing?

When you’re browsing the internet or scrolling social media you probably are going to see at least 1 maybe 2 ads that occur in the form of paid advertising. These paid marketing efforts can help grow small businesses when they are used correctly, but before we get into that, let’s start off with some stats:

Six infographic text boxes with digital marketing data. Top row from left to right: Google owns 92.48% of all global search market share, the average paid advertisement has around a 2x return, and ads can create an 80% increase in brand awareness. Bottom row from left to right: as of 2022, 54% of ad budgets are dedicated to online, customers are more likely to purchase when retargeted with a 70% likelihood, and more than 50% of ad clicks occur from mobile devices.

And, Paid Digital Marketing Agency Pricing?

We run on a flat fee, no matter that your budget is.

Spend $5,000 or $100,000 our fee stays the same.

With over 25 years of combined experience in PPC, our team is able to provide you with a one-stop solution for all your marketing needs. We understand that every business has different requirements and goals which is why Blade Commerce offers services tailored specifically toward individual clientele by having 5+ experts focused on each part of their digital ecosystem such as paid marketing and email marketing campaigns - without any hidden costs!

I get it the paragraph above may sound salesy at first glance but it really shouldn’t because there's no contract required nor extra fees--this means better growth potentials when using our agency from now until eternity comes around again (or whichever period) so if you’re looking for a Google Ads Management team or Paid Social Media Marketing team that actually cares.

You’ve come to the right place!

Built for Every Ecom Brand With Something to Lose

Beauty, pet, fitness, auto parts, cookware, sunglasses, hotels. The product changes; the founder doesn't. Every brand we take on is someone's mortgage, someone's team, someone's proof that betting on themselves was right. We don't get to be careless with that, and honestly, we don't want an agency structure that would let us be.

So we keep it small: 30 brands, senior operators, one shared scoreboard. You'll know your account manager isn't a rotating cast, because there isn't one. And pricing flexes to your reality: performance-based, revenue-based, or flat fee, because a brand doing $50K a month and a brand doing $2M a month should not be handed the same contract.

If we're full, we'll tell you. If you're not ready for ads yet, we'll tell you that too, and what to fix first. That honesty has cost us short-term revenue for years. It's also why our clients stay.

Paid Media Questions, Answered

Everything brands ask us before handing over their ad accounts, answered straight.

Which ad platforms does Blade manage?

We run the full acquisition stack: Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads and Shopping, Amazon PPC, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and programmatic. We recommend the channels your unit economics can actually support, not every channel that exists. Most brands should dominate two before touching a fifth.

How do you measure success? Is it all about ROAS?

No, and be suspicious of any agency that says yes. Platform ROAS is inflated by attribution windows, branded traffic, and view-through conversions. We measure what cannot lie: new customer revenue against total spend, blended MER, and new-customer CAC versus your contribution margin. Platform metrics rank creatives against each other; blended math decides budgets. That discipline is how we have driven over $150 million in ad revenue for clients, and it pairs with CRO so the traffic we buy lands on pages that convert.

Do you separate branded and non-branded performance?

Always. Ads shown to people already searching your name harvest demand that existed anyway, and blending it into your numbers flatters everyone while hiding the truth. We split branded and non-branded campaigns on Google and Amazon, set brand exclusions inside Performance Max, and report incrementality honestly, even when it makes the numbers look less shiny than the last agency's deck.

Who makes the ad creative?

We do, and we ship a lot of it, because creative volume is the biggest lever on Meta today. Winning brands launch 10 to 20 new creatives a month, most of them structured iterations of proven concepts. Our in-house team handles copy, static design, and video editing, supported by photography and videography when your library needs fresh raw material. Testing follows a system with defined kill criteria, not a vibe.

What ad budget do I need to work with Blade?

There is no magic minimum, but paid media amplifies what already exists. If your site converts at 2%+ and your margin survives paid CAC, we can scale you. If those are not true yet, we will tell you on the first call and point you at the fixes first, because spending into a leaky funnel just loses money faster. That honesty is the whole point of the growth teardown.

How fast will we see results?

Expect meaningful signal in 30 to 60 days: enough spend and creative tests to know what works, with compounding results from there as winners scale. Anyone promising overnight transformations is selling you the deck, not the outcome. For a real trajectory, HatSaver went from $3,000 to $45,000 a month with us, including 406% year-over-year growth built on 50+ ad tests. Read more stories in our reviews.

Do you run paid media for Shopify stores specifically?

That is our home turf. We are Shopify-native, which means paid search and paid social built around Shopify's data, feeds, and checkout, with Merchant Center feed health treated as seriously as bids, because broken feeds quietly cap Shopping performance. For quick founder-level wins, start with our guide to boosting Shopify sales fast.

Does paid work alongside email, SMS, and SEO?

It has to. Paid acquires the customer; email and SMS make them profitable; SEO compounds so you rely on ads less over time. Because one senior team runs all of it on one scoreboard, your welcome flow, landing page, and ad creative tell the same story instead of three vendors pointing fingers at each other.

Will I own my ad accounts and data?

Always. Your ad accounts, pixels, audiences, and creative live in accounts you own, and we work inside them as partners. If we ever part ways, everything stays with you, including documentation of what we built and why. Agencies that hold accounts hostage are exactly the stereotype we exist to replace.

How do I get started?

Book a growth teardown at bladecommerce.as.me. We audit your ad account live on the call, no pitch decks: you will see your branded vs non-branded split, your real new-customer CAC, and the first three things we would change, whether or not we end up working together. We cap our roster at 30 clients, so if we are full, we will tell you that too.
