Full-TimeThe role: Own paid acquisition for a portfolio of DTC brands across Meta, Google, and Amazon. Not "assist with." Own.
What You Will Actually Do
- Run strategy, structure, and scaling for client ad accounts with real budgets and real accountability
- Ship creative testing at volume: build the briefs, set the kill criteria, scale the winners
- Measure like an owner: new-customer CAC, blended MER, and incrementality, not vanity ROAS
- Sit in client conversations as the expert, because here the person in the Slack channel is the person in the ad account
What We Need From You
- Proven results managing DTC or ecommerce ad accounts (show us numbers, not certifications)
- Fluency across Meta and Google; Amazon PPC experience is a strong plus
- The ability to explain a media decision to a founder in plain English
- Opinions. We hired you for judgment, not button-pushing.
Email Marketing Strategist
Full-TimeThe role: Build and run the Klaviyo engines behind our client portfolio. We are a Klaviyo partner agency, and email is one of the things we are best known for.
What You Will Actually Do
- Architect and optimize full flow ecosystems: welcome, abandoned checkout, post-purchase, winback, and beyond
- Write and plan campaigns that rotate story, proof, and offer instead of sending the same promo twelve times
- Own deliverability: sending domains, list hygiene, and the unglamorous work that keeps revenue inboxing
- Read the data and act on it: segmentation, testing, and revenue-per-recipient over list-size vanity
What We Need From You
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience with results you can point to
- Copy chops and analytical chops in the same brain
- An eye for what makes an email feel like a brand instead of a blast
SEO Strategist
Full-TimeThe role: Drive organic growth for Shopify brands across on-page, technical, and content, in an era where ranking means being cited by both Google and AI search.
What You Will Actually Do
- Build and execute ecommerce SEO strategies: collection page architecture, product page optimization, and technical health
- Run keyword and competitive research that ties to revenue, not just rankings
- Handle the Shopify-specific realities: redirects, schema, site speed, and feed-adjacent SEO
- Stay ahead of how AI search is changing visibility, and position clients to win citations
What We Need From You
- A track record of organic growth you can show (we grew one client from 300 to 3,500+ ranked keywords, come tell us yours)
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or equivalent, plus Search Console fluency
- Comfort working on ecommerce sites where SEO decisions touch real revenue
